Refund Policy At Passionate Bengal Kittens

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to enjoy our Kittens. If you would like to return your Kitten for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all of the conditions are met. If you discover what you believe to be a kitten defect, please refer to the Limited Warranty below and follow its procedures.

REFUND POLICY:

If you feel for any reason that the Kitten is not exactly what you ordered or in case your vet provides results to show that Kitten is not in good health from head to toe then cancel within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the puppy plus transportation. However, we cannot issue any refunds if you want to cancel anytime after this.

A Kitten purchased from Passionate Bengals Home UK may only be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days from the date the Kitten was purchased and must meet the following criteria:

1. Kitten must be in good health condition as Delivered.

2. Wrong Kitten delivered or it does not match what was shown on the Passionate Bengals Home website.

3. All Kitten returns require a Return Cat Authorization (RCA) . You will need to provide the following:

* The reason for requesting the return.

Return And Refund Policy:

Once the criteria is met and the information has been provided, we will provide you with an RCA# (Return P Authorization) and transportation guide. Once your Kitten is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval , then we will refund you the original method of payment and you will receive the refund within 2-5 business days.

You will be responsible for all transportation costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the Kitten while it is in transit to us, it must be sent according to all applicable regulations.

Non-Refundable Items

• Transportation Fees: Any travel or delivery fees incurred (for halfway meetups or home deliveries) are non-refundable once services are rendered.

• Additional Costs: Any costs associated with veterinary care, food, or puppy supplies after purchase are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
